Have it cut your way! Pay a deposit and reserve your animal:

Your final whole beef pricing is $4.30 per pound based on the actual hanging carcass weight of your animal. EXAMPLE-Average cost of whole beef 800 lbs.(hanging weight) X $4.30 =$3440 +/- . The price does not include the processor.

    2. Pay your deposit to reserve your animal.
    3. We will provide you with a custom beef cut sheet to fill out for the cuts you want. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
    4. Return your custom cut sheet to us.
    5. We will notify you with a date your beef will be ready to ship, deliver, or pick up.
    6. Pay your balance less your deposit at the time of processing.
    7. Shipping is not included in the price.  Contact Mark (254)977-4337 to help you make arrangements for shipping, pick up, or local delivery. 

    Have it cut the way you like it! Enjoy the convenience of going to your own freezer to get your own homegrown beef. Whole beef pricing is per pound based on the hanging carcass weight of your animal. The average carcass hanging weight of a Chapman 3C animal is 800 lbs. +/-.

    A whole beef will average around 400-450 lbs. +/- of beef to put in your freezer!

    A good rule of thumb is 35 lbs. of beef for 1 cubic foot of freezer space.

    If this is too much beef at one time, you can take this opportunity to share with neighbors, friends, and family!

           Transit times:

          • 1-2 days - your meat will arrive frozen
          • 3 days - your meat may be partially thawed (safe to freeze)
          • Curbside Pick Up: please place your curbside orders through our website!

          Local customers can contact Mark at (254) 977- 4337 mark@chapman3Ccattle.com to make arrangements for pick up. 

          Your meat is packaged in a well insulated box with cold packs and is included in your shipping cost. In order to keep cost down for you we have negotiated shipping rates with UPS. Your perishable items are shipped directly from our ranch to your doorstep. Your meat package is insured so you are guaranteed to have it arrive in great condition.

          If your product is not cool to the touch, please do not hesitate to contact us. Meats delivered warm or with seals broken should not be eaten. Please photograph and notify us immediately at (254) 977-4337 or email mark@chapman3Ccattle.com. We are here to help you and strive to have satisfied customers that taste the difference in our beef.

          PLEASE NOTE: Shipping may be interrupted or delayed due to holidays or inclement weather. If this occurs, your order will be shipped on our next available shipping day. Please remember our beef is flash frozen fresh and does not contain additives or preservatives. It is normal for there to be slight variations in color, shape, size and weight depending on the type of product ordered and the aging process

          • NO P.O. BOXES can be accepted. We cannot be responsible for any shipment that is delivered incorrectly and/or undeliverable due to incomplete, incorrect and/or invalid shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping address when placing your order.
          • We only ship nationally at this time. No international orders. 
          • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the status of your shipment.
          • Shipping carriers will not require you to be home for delivery. Please anticipate the arrival of your package so you can transfer your meats directly to your refrigerator or freezer.
          • Estimated delivery dates are subject to change and do not include weekends or holidays.
