Get your Texas Beef delivered straight to your door from our small ranch in Hico, Texas. Your meat arrives vacuum-sealed, frozen, and packed in a well-insulated box with plenty of gel packs to ensure it stays that way. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

 

When Orders Ship:

  • Schedule: We ship via UPS every Monday, except on holidays.

Shipping Details:

  • Transit Times: Typically 1-3 days. If your meat arrives partially thawed due to a delay, it's safe to refreeze or cook immediately.
  • Rates: FLAT RATE Shipping rates vary by state.

  • States (TX, OK, LA, NM, AZ, KS, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, TN, MS, AL, GA, SC, FL):
  • Free Shipping for Meat Subscription Boxes
  • $29.99 Flat Rate Shipping for order over $75. Includes insulated box, gel packs and shipping. 
  • Next Day and 2 day shipping offered at discounted rates. 
  • States (CO, CA, CT, DE, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, OH, PN, RI, UT, VT, VA, WV, WY):
  • $24.99 Flat Rate for Meat Subscription Boxes.
  • $34.99 Flat Rate Shipping for order over $75. Includes insulated box, gel packs and shipping
  • Next Day and 2 day shipping offered at discounted rates. 
  • Express Only States (ID, MT, NE, NV, NY, NJ, ND, OR, SD, WA):
  • Ground shipping not available
  • Discounted 1-2 day express rates are calculated at checkout

Exclusions:

Local Pickup:

  • Availability: Local customers are always welcome to pick up.

Shipping Guarantee:

  • Assurance: Your meat is packaged for optimal protection during transit. Satisfaction Guaranteed.
  • Issues: If your product arrives warm or with broken seals, please contact us immediately for assistance. 

Shipping Interruptions:

  • Delays: Holidays or inclement weather may cause shipping delays. Orders will be shipped on the next available shipping day. 

Important Notes:

  • National Shipping Only: We only ship nationally within the U.S. and do not accept international orders or ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues. 

Tracking and Delivery:

  • Notification: You'll receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order is shipped.
  • Delivery: Carriers do not require you to be home for delivery. Please plan to transfer your package to the refrigerator or freezer as soon as it arrives to maintain quality.
