  •  Steaks:  Ribeye, NY Strip, Filets, and Sirloin 
  • Steaks/cuts that will vary according to how steer is divided: Chuck Eye, Denver, Tri Tip, Picanah, Tenderloin Tips, Petite Tender, Flank, Skirt, Bavette, Flat Iron Steaks, and Tenderized round steaks.
  • Brisket
  • Roast and/or Stew
  •  Ground Beef 

*Note: The selection and individual cut weights may vary, but the total weight will be 200 lbs.

Get your Texas Beef delivered straight to your door from our small ranch in Hico, Texas. Your meat arrives vacuum-sealed, frozen, and packed in a well-insulated box with plenty of gel packs to ensure it stays that way. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

 

When Orders Ship:

  • Schedule: We ship via UPS every Monday, except on holidays.

Shipping Details:

  •  If your meat arrives partially thawed due to a delay, it's safe to refreeze or cook immediately. It must have a temperature of 50 degrees to be safe. 

 Shipping by State:

  • Ground Shipping States (TX, OK):
  • UPS ground shipping offered and calculated at check out
  • Next Day and 2-day shipping offered at discounted rates. 
  • Express Shipping Only States (CO, CA, CT, DE, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, OH, PN, RI, UT, VT, VA, WV, WYID, MT, NE, NV, NY, NJ, ND, OR, SD, WA):
  • Ground shipping is not available
  • Discounted 1-2 day express rates are calculated at checkout

  • Availability: Local customers are always welcome to pick up.

  • Issues: If your product arrives warm or with broken seals, please contact us immediately for assistance. 

Shipping Interruptions:

  • Delays: Holidays or inclement weather may cause shipping delays. Orders will be shipped on the next available shipping day. 

Important Notes:

  • National Shipping Only: We only ship nationally within the U.S. and do not accept international orders or ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues. 

Tracking and Delivery:

  • Notification: You'll receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order is shipped.
  • Delivery: Carriers do not require you to be home for delivery. Please plan to transfer your package to the refrigerator or freezer as soon as it arrives to maintain quality.
