All Next Day, 2nd Day, and Ground shipments are picked up from our Chapman 3C Ranch every Monday (excluding holidays).
ShipAid Package Protection is included in all carts. You have the choice to remove ShipAid from your cart but we highly recommend keeping ShipAid Package Protection on all your orders to insure it is protected in case of damage, loss, or theft.
Free Shipping does not apply to Whole Beef, Half Beef, Quarter Beef, Eighth Beef orders. Contact us for a shipping quote on your bulk beef.
Free Shipping on orders over $249 within a 3 day transit time from our ranch.
For perishable orders in our 3 day transit time that are under $249 but over $149, we have a flat rate shipping of $20 on orders to help with shipping costs.
For all other perishable and non-perishable orders outside our ground shipping network, we have discounted UPS rates available to you at checkout.
Perishable shipping included a well-insulated box and gel packs included in the shipping price.
1-2 days - your meat will arrive frozen
3 days - your meat may be partially thawed (safe to freeze)
Curbside Pick Up: please place your curbside orders through our website!

Your meat is packaged in a well insulated box with cold packs and is included in your shipping cost. In order to keep cost down for you we have negotiated shipping rates with UPS. Your perishable items are shipped directly from our ranch to your doorstep. Your meat package is insured so you are guaranteed to have it arrive in great condition.
If your product is not cool to the touch, please do not hesitate to contact us. Meats delivered warm or with seals broken should not be eaten. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping may be interrupted or delayed due to holidays or inclement weather. If this occurs, your order will be shipped on our next available shipping day. Please remember our beef is flash frozen fresh and does not contain additives or preservatives. It is normal for there to be slight variations in color, shape, size and weight depending on the type of product ordered and the aging process
- NO P.O. BOXES can be accepted. We cannot be responsible for any shipment that is delivered incorrectly and/or undeliverable due to incomplete, incorrect and/or invalid shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping address when placing your order.
- We only ship nationally at this time. No international orders.
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the status of your shipment.
- Shipping carriers will not require you to be home for delivery. Please anticipate the arrival of your package so you can transfer your meats directly to your refrigerator or freezer.
