Your final whole beef pricing is $4.50 per pound based on the actual hanging carcass weight of your animal. EXAMPLE-Average cost of whole beef 800 lbs.(hanging weight) X $4.50 =$3600 +/- . The price does not include the processor.

    2. Pay your deposit to reserve your animal.
    3. We will provide you with a custom beef cut sheet to fill out for the cuts you want. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
    4. Return your custom cut sheet to us.
    5. We will notify you with a date your beef will be ready to ship, deliver, or pick up.
    6. Pay your balance less your deposit at the time of processing.

    Have it cut the way you like it! Enjoy the convenience of going to your own freezer to get your own homegrown beef. Whole beef pricing is per pound based on the hanging carcass weight of your animal. The average carcass hanging weight of a Chapman 3C animal is 800 lbs. +/-.

    A whole beef will average around 400-450 lbs. +/- of beef to put in your freezer!

    A good rule of thumb is 35 lbs. of beef for 1 cubic foot of freezer space.

          Shipping Information:

          • When Orders Ship: Orders are picked up every Monday (except holidays) from our Chapman 3C Ranch. 
          • Package Protection: All orders include ShipAid Package Protection by default. You can opt out, but we recommend keeping it for coverage against damage, loss, or theft. 
          • Free Shipping: Orders over $249 qualify for free shipping within a 3-day transit time from our ranch. Perishable orders between $149-$249 within our 3-day transit time have a flat rate shipping fee of $20.                However, Whole Beef, Half Beef, Quarter Beef, and Eighth Beef orders are not eligible for free shipping. Contact us for a shipping quote on bulk beef orders. 
          • Shipping Options: For perishable and non-perishable orders outside our ground shipping network, discounted UPS rates are available during checkout. 
          • Perishable Shipping: Your perishable items come packed in a well-insulated box with gel packs. Transit times vary: 1-2 days for frozen arrival and up to 3 days, where the meat may be partially thawed but safe to freeze. 
          • Local Pickup: Place curbside orders through our website or contact Mark at (254) 977- 4337 or for local pickup arrangements. 
          • Shipping Guarantee: Your meat is packaged for protection during transit. If your product arrives warm or with broken seals, contact us immediately for assistance.
          • Shipping Interruptions: Holidays or inclement weather may cause shipping delays. Your order will be shipped on the next available shipping day. 
          • Important Notes: We only ship nationally, and we do not accept international orders or ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues. 
          • Tracking and Delivery: You'll receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order is shipped. Carriers do not require you to be home for delivery, so plan to transfer your package to the refrigerator or freezer upon arrival.
