The Cowboy Steak is a bone in steak of generous portion. The Chapman 3C Tomahawk Steak is rich, tender, juicy and full-flavored, with great marbling throughout. Named because it looks like the Tomahawk axe. The Tomahawk Steak is an on the bone Rib Steak, cut from the fore-rib with the entire bone left. The long bone is trimmed, leaving an amazing presentation and diner table discussion. Usually only served at upscale steak houses.
