Your final whole beef pricing is $4.50 per pound based on the actual hanging carcass weight of your animal. EXAMPLE-Average cost of whole beef 800 lbs.(hanging weight) X $4.50 =$3600 +/- . The price does not include the processor.

Return your custom cut sheet to us.
We will notify you with a date your beef will be ready to ship, deliver, or pick up.

Have it cut the way you like it! Enjoy the convenience of going to your own freezer to get your own homegrown beef. Whole beef pricing is per pound based on the hanging carcass weight of your animal. The average carcass hanging weight of a Chapman 3C animal is 800 lbs. +/-.

A whole beef will average around 400-450 lbs. +/- of beef to put in your freezer!

A good rule of thumb is 35 lbs. of beef for 1 cubic foot of freezer space.

Get your Texas Beef delivered straight to your door from our small ranch in Hico, Texas. Your meat arrives vacuum-sealed, frozen, and packed in a well-insulated box with plenty of gel packs to ensure it stays that way. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

When Orders Ship:

Schedule: We ship via UPS every Monday, except on holidays.

Shipping Details:

Transit Times: Typically 1-3 days. If your meat arrives partially thawed due to a delay, it's safe to refreeze or cook immediately.
